What software is required to run the SYN7H instruments, kits and loops?

Our Kontakt Instruments are compatible with the full retail version of Kontakt by Native Instruments (5.7.3. or above). Ableton and Maschine kits are compatible with the Ableton DAW and the Maschine software by Native Instruments. Our loops are .wav audio files which can be loaded in any DAW or any audio editor.

Do I need any special DAW to run your instruments?

No, you don't need any special DAW to run our products. You can load the Kontakt Instruments through any DAW as long as the DAW supports vst or AU plugins.

I’m having trouble loading the Kontakt Instruments, what should I do?

Please make sure you have installed the full version of Kontakt (5.7.3. or above). You can load the instruments by double clicking the .nki file (Kontakt folder) or you can load it by locating the instrument folder with the browse tab inside Kontakt. You can save the instrument for easy loading with the Quick Load feature.

The instruments don't show up in the library tab or I can't add the instruments through Native Access, why is that?

Our instruments and libraries are open format, made from third-party developers (not licensed to Native Instruments) so you can only load them directly in Kontakt.

The instruments run only in demo mode, why is that?

This happens because you are using the free version of Kontakt Player instead of the full retail version of Kontakt by Native Instruments. Instruments and libraries made and designed by thrid-party, indie developers and companies require only the full version of Kontakt.

Do you offer physical products? Do I need a serial number to activate your products?

We provide digital products only. Furthermore, you don't need any activation key to use our products.

Please note that due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot accept any refund requests. We advise you to read the product description and FAQ carefully before placing your order. Feel free to ask anything you need to our customer support team.
